Attorney Seaton’s law career started in St. Louis, Missouri. With the goal of starting his own practice, Attorney Seaton became familiar with personal injury law while working for a big city law firm that specialized in personal injury and serious workers’ compensation cases. This invaluable experience became the foundation of Attorney Seaton’s experience in all types of accident and injury law and workers’ compensation claims.

Attorney Seaton has been practicing law for over 25 years in the areas of Accidents and Injuries, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, as well as Bankruptcy, Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Probate.

Accident and Injuries: Attorney Seaton is dedicated to representing clients injured in an accident caused by the reckless and careless actions of others. Attorney Seaton puts skilled advocacy into representing his clients who have been injured in all kinds of accidents, including automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, bus, slip and fall accidents, and those who’ve been bitten by a dog or other animal, to name a few.

In several cases where a client’s case was turned down by other lawyers as not worth pursuing, Attorney Seaton successfully negotiated the cases to the satisfaction of his clients.

Attorney Seaton is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Justice and Maine Trial Lawyers Association.

Workers’ Compensation: Attorney Seaton has helped many people achieve the compensation they deserve when they were injured at work. His cases have included construction site accidents and other job related injuries including those workers who suffered long term wear and tear on joints, legs, arms, and knees and due to years of strain and had to have a hip, knee or shoulder replaced. He has successfully achieved results for his clients in many carpal tunnel syndrome cases, and other conditions caused by repetitive work conditions.

Social Security Disability: Attorney Seaton has been representing disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration for over 25 years, and he has successfully appealed multiple cases to Federal District Court in Maine and New Hampshire. He is particularly proud of having handled many disability cases referred to him by New Hampshire Legal Assistance and from other attorneys who know of his successful results on behalf of his disabled clients.

Attorney Seaton is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), a national organization of more than 3,000 lawyers throughout the country dedicated to advancing the rights of disabled individuals through the Social Security Act.

Bankruptcy: An expert in bankruptcy law, Attorney Seaton has been consulted on bankruptcy law by individuals needing debt relief assistance, lawyers seeking help for their clients, and municipal organizations seeking answers to questions on bankruptcy law. Attorney Seaton has helped countless individuals and families experiencing financial hardship with assistance involving foreclosures on their homes, credit card debts, hospital bills and debts as a result of illness or divorce.

A “lawyers’ lawyer”, Attorney Seaton has represented several lawyers on their own bankruptcies. Attorney Seaton has often accepted clients referred to him by attorneys to handle a bankruptcy as a result of a divorce or other legal matter.

Attorney Seaton has taught a course to consumers on Bankruptcy Law through the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
